Glasgow Dining

Just one of those slightly grundgy yet welcoming environments I love in Glasgow. Intimate yet slightly pretentious (however, inoffensively so), this interior exudes the promise of uninhibited socialisation. Warm tones and retention of design features from another time - note the cast iron verticals of the staircase balustrade - and candlelit dining, this interior makes the most of established devices to create a satisfying environment. As long as you have a spare napkin handy to level the wobbly dining table, I don't see how anyone could denounce this interior.
