Designed by Bear and Bunny, Grand Cafe Usine is housed in the former Philips light tower in Eindhoven where Philips light bulbs used to be made. The images I have here are not really the main areas of the cafe but they are my favourite aspects. In the above image I love the collection of materials used, especially the deep blue ceramic wall tiles and the pattern in which they are laid.
In the image below I just love the circular full length mirror. I don't know why. Oh and the orange is a great contemporary compliment to the aged industrial backdrop.
